5 Ways You Can Make Content Planning Easier

  1. Choose a Topic + Create multiple posts about that topic

Sometimes it’s easier to gather your thoughts on a topic, then make them more concise later. Try to write a blog post on a topic of your choosing for a more detailed account of your topic. By writing a blog, you’re then able to make various, short-form posts + direct your audience to the blog post for a more in depth account of your post. For example, after writing your blog, it’s way easier to make bite-sized versions like an instagram post, a tiktok, a tweet, or all of the above using your already written blog post.

  2. Learn how to Leverage the Instagram ‘Poll’ or ‘Questions’ Feature

Use the built-in social media tools like Instagram Polls or Questions to help you plan your content! Leverage the answers you get from fun polls or questions on Instagram to make future posts specifically catered to your audience. Not sure what your audience wants to see? Ask them––it’s as easy as that!

  3. Schedule Reels into your Feed Planning

Make a reel on Instagram that can serve your platform in multiple ways! Create an engaging post + video with reels. Reels covers TWO different places on Instagram + if leveraged well can encourage your current followers to engage, while opening your platform up to be discovered by new people!

  4. Share more about YOU

I know it sounds obvious, but sometimes you forget yourself––YOU are a resource! Post more pictures of your day to day, share a “day in the life,” share a story about yourself so that people can connect with you directly on a human level.

  5. Puppies ( yes, I said puppies)

If all else fails, post a puppy! Literally NO ONE would EVER be mad about you for posting a puppy (or any cute animal, we don’t discriminate) ...now here’s a puppy to prove it ;)

Meet Darcy

She’s my puppy (even though this little nugget is 14 years old). She loves to play fetch + she is a nap queen! This is proof that puppies make everything better.
