Current Favorites: Email Newsletters Edition
This Behind the Brand blog is to let you in on some of my secret weapons that I use to stay up to date on industry trends, get inspiration, and ultimately score great freebies along the way (because, who can resist a good freebie)!
The Pixel Surplus newsletter is great for creative resources + ideas, they literally pride themselves in providing “Resources for Creatives” (+ I also love it for the FREE fonts, who am I kidding…).
Next up is the Shopify Digest. If you are a business owner, a fan of side hustles, or ever planning on opening up an e-commerce site at any point in time this blog is for you! It is a great resource that educates business owners on how to thrive while making that dough and connects them with current advice from other establish entrepreneurs which never hurts. It truly helps improve your business when you take advantage of all the free advice!
Last, but definitely not least, is Later Media’s newsletter. The Later newsletter is a great way to keep up with current content trends. They attach great freebies to many of their articles + help you stay one step ahead of the content curve when creating + planning content.
Creative Market is perfect for so many different creative assets––like SO many. It’s a great newsletter to gain inspiration + view current creative asset trends. They also offer weekly freebies that include free fonts, illustrations, backgrounds, + mockups!
Okay, I’m a little biased with this one, but becoming an Auggie Insider gives you exclusive merch deals, a monthly freebie, and Insider Only content each month meant to help you level-up your business’s visuals and strategy to make it easier to attract and convert your ideal clients. You can become an Auggie Insider below––join the Auggie community and surround yourself with like-minded, motivated people who support each other's successes professionally and personally!
Canva’s newsletter is a great way to keep yourself informed on the platform’s latest updates + trending designs. It’s also great way to gain inspiration––they literally send you different ways to transform current templates into your own branded content. I also love how Canva highlights rising artists who share their talents on the platform making it easier to find unique elements to add to your Canva designs.
